A useful way into this collection
Path choice is a commitment to a style you want to keep playing. Vampire leans toward sustained solo encounters, Werewolf toward close-range pressure, Hunter toward preparation and distance, and Mage toward ability timing. The route overviews explain those directions without turning a playstyle description into a guaranteed win or a numerical power claim.
A comparison answers whether another path better fits your preference. Transformation preparation answers what to focus on as a human following the selected questline. Those are different questions: you can prefer a style without having completed its transformation. Keep the route’s current objective and your useful equipment together instead of treating a tier letter as a quest instruction.

Paths Questions
Is Hunter another supernatural transformation?
The official premise distinguishes becoming Vampire, Werewolf or Mage from taking up the stake to hunt them. The Hunter overview explains that route without inventing an infection or transformation recipe.
Why are overview and comparison guides separate?
An overview explains playing one path. A comparison weighs that path against alternatives for a preference such as close pressure, distance or ability management. Read the comparison when you are deciding whether to change direction.
